MINUTES

December 12, 2006

Attendance:  Donna Saporito, Linda Scerbo, Bill Martin, Lauren Winters,  

Kathy Sommerkorn, Ed Sommerkorn, Kent Schilling, Ed Strobino, Mike Roscigno,

Peter Halko, Gail Halko, June Jeske, Robin Gibbon, Tricia Williams,

Dom Bastello, Eddie Esposito, Mike Monaco, Kathy Kavanaugh, and Doug Rentsch.

Call to Order: 7:37 PM 

President’s Remarks: Next meeting January 9, 2007

• Someone hacked into the WMC website link from Aspen. 
• Everyone looking forward to the Alumni game.
• Senior Night is February 10^th from 6:00 to 7:15 pm at Aspen.
• Wishing everyone a happy holiday!!

Vice President’s Report:

• Tentative delivery date for helmets is January 22^nd .

      Bauer rep is trying to get an earlier delivery date.

• Our Vice President got a nice email on how clean the locker rooms have been and how well our behavior has been.

Secretary’s Report:  Please sign the attendance sheet going around.

• November Minutes were accepted by Ed Sommerkorn and Robin Gibbon.

Treasurer’s Report: 

• Concession stand made a total 484.70 profit. 
• We still owe 2 payments on ice time.
• Waiting for a few outstanding balances to be paid.

Coach’s Comments: 

• Nothing new to report.

Athletic Director’s Comments: 

• Kent Schilling will contact us as soon as a game is cancelled.
• Our reschedule game with Wall will be held at Aspen.

Old Business:

1. Signs:  Signs are up and looking good.

2. Fundraising:

· Dom Bastello has Shoprite/A&P cards. Keep buying !!!!

· Bill Martin discussed the missing t-shirts. Mike Rosigno will speak to the captains.

· Ad Journal is going to print this week.  Great Job Gail !!!   

New Business:

1. Bylaws:  Mike Jeske will head committee.  Linda Scerbo and Ed Sommerkorn will assist.  Meeting proposed for early January.
